Cupping
Cupping treatment is a negative pressure system that promotes the loosening of muscles, encourages blood flow, and sedates the nervous system. By increasing blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed, Cupping relieves muscle tension and inflammation, facilitating the repair of damaged connective tissues.
Personalized Blood Flow Restriction
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy (BFRT) is achieved through the application of external pressure over the extremities via a cuff while performing rehabilitation. The applied pressure is sufficient to maintain arterial inflow while occluding venous outflow distal to the occlusion site. The goal of Blood Flow Restriction Therapy enables patients to make greater strength gains while lifting lighter loads, thereby reducing the overall stress placed on the limb. BFRT works by decreasing blood flow to working muscles with the aim of promoting hypertrophy and preventing disuse atrophy of muscles.
ROCKTAPE/K-TAPE
ROCKTAPE/ K-TAPE is a taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a trement designed to loosen stiff muscles, ease joint pain, improve blood flow and oxygen circulation within the body. That brings results for those who are trying to optimize sports performance, recover faster from injury, or prevent issues from becoming chronic. Although you may have some soreness after a dry needling session, you will often notice some improvement in your symptoms within 24-48 hours. Again, the intensity of this improvement will ideally increase with each additional session.
